Three Pillars of Breeze Foundation

Our programs are built around three pillars – connectedness with self and others, Health and wellness and serving purpose

  1. Connectedness with self and others

  • Building a supportive relationship with self

We understand that building a good relationship with one’s self is the foundation for a good relationship with others and the environment. It is a requirement for good health, wellness, and living a life of purpose and fulfillment. This is why providing tools and support for building supportive relationships with one’s self is the starting point for any of our programs.

  •     Building supportive relationships with others

The kind of relationship one builds with others can make them happy and healthy or miserable.  According to the Harvard study of adult development, Good relationships keep us happier and healthier. Most often, the kind of relationships one has with others is a reflection of the kind of relationship they have with themselves. This is why connection with others always precedes connection with self in our programs.

  •   Building supportive relationships with the environment

When one honors their environment, their environment honors them back. Because most of us do not understand our connection with our environment, we often see ourselves as separate from the environment. This sometimes causes us to disregard and abuse our environment. Many of us are paying the price for this neglect and abuse. Our programs create educate community members on the importance of keeping a healthy relationship with the environment.

     2. Cultivating a Positive Mindset

Everyone wants to be happy and “successful”. We are taught that to be successful, one has to hassle and work relentlessly. However, research on happiness, resilience, willpower, compassion, positive stress, creativity, mindfulness shows that finding happiness may be the easiest route to thrive in our careers. According to Albert Einstein, “A calm and modest life brings more happiness than the pursuit of success combined with constant restlessness.” To live a happy and successful life, one has to adopt a positive mindset. Albert Einstein used his mind shift to be happy and successful. In our programs, we emphasize three mindsets to adapt to become happy and successful. They are:

  • Acceptance

  • Resilience

  • Gratitude

     3. Optimizing health and wellness

Our programs focused on supporting a balanced life for all participants. This includes optimizing the following aspects of our lives:

  • Physical wellness

  • Mental wellness

  • Spiritual wellness
